svcd on dvd player

    i have a sony dvd player that reads vcd's just fine. it's not supposed to read svcd's and it doesn't. ive heard that you can somehow get svcd's to play on it tho. is there truth to this? do any of you know how?

    Hi,
    I have heard of a "vcd header trick". I have never tried it myself but they claim it will work in situations like this. Do a search using the "header trick" on this site, if not successful try doom9 and VCDhelp sites.
