svcd pal to svcd ntsc

    How can i convert svcd pal to svcd ntsc is there any guide out there and how difficult to do

    I've never had any problems with it. Just find a program that will convert your files. Most people use Tmpgenc. Just use the NTSC templete and it should convert alright for you. When I did it I did used Cucusoft Converter.
