   Hi All...
   
   I'm quite new to this area and i have a question....Basically i have a DVD-RW and am looking to watch movies...If a burnt a SVCD onto a DVD-r will it play in a DVD player which has SVCD on it ?
   
   Someone told me this could not happen im just making sure ?

   burning the actual svcd onto a dvd-r would be hard but when its on i dont see why it wouldnt work. Maybe this guide can help you out http://www.afterdawn.com/articles/archive/vcd_to_dvd-r.cfm
