You could try extracting the mpg file using isobuster or vcdeasy then joining the files using tools from tmpgenc to merge the mpg files, Then author using tmpgenc dvd author as long as it is a complaint file, have had a few successes with that a while back. There is also a program i have been trying out with my downloads called divx2dvd by x-oom (£25.00)that i have had not to bad results from but you do need a quality source. also you do need mpg files or avi files to start with.
