svcd2dvd help

    Hi

    Ive been trying to change a svcd to a dvd and have tried numerous programs with mixed results. Svcd2dvd takes around five miutes to complete this process. AM i right in assuming it is only changing the audio sample rate and not changing the svcd to true dvd specs? This would mean the dvdr would still only play on dvd players that support svcd?
