Sync problem

    I recoded a .avi (XviD) to h264 for AVCHD (PS3), first I extracted the AC3, then ran just the video with avisynth/megui. Now the muxed m2ts has a gradual audio sync issue getting farther apart toward the end. The source avi has no issue, bang on the whole way through.

    The source file does not have a delay on the audio either, or according to media info raw it doesn't. I tried a delay on the m2ts which didn't work.

    Any ideas of what could cause this, or any solutions?
