Tablet PC pen/mouse issue

I have a problem with my tablet PC after installing wacoms driver that enables pen sensitivity on graphic applications

Before installing driver: Use photoshop and it works fine except ofcourse it has no pressure sensitivity that I like to use

After installing driver: Use photoshop and the mouse/pen is all jittery (like if u hold it over one spot, it moves all over the place (within a certain radius) and it makes it difficult to click where I want it to, as it is not normal and didnt have this problem before installing driver

Attempted fixes sofar: Reinstall driver, disabling window vista tablet pc components

Anyone have any solutions?
