Is there a free way to put tags in a photo to send to someone so the people can be id. I checked out foto tagger, all seemed good till i found out you can put the tags in but if the person you send them does not have foto tagger they can't see them. I have seen different posts in here that some have made and things are circled, how is that done?
Use either MS Paint or photoshop. Paint is very basic but free and Photoshop is waaaay better but not free.
