What I am trying to do is use DVD decryptor and then use a software like adobe premiere to take small action clips from movies to make a demo for an electronics store. This is not for resell. Just for demo purposes. I have used a lot of different types of software and I keep getting dolby digital stereo even though I have selected the appropriate vob file when decrypting the movie. I'm messing around with Auto GK and can't get that to work either. Is what I'm trying to do possible? What software can I use? If I'm using the right software what am I doing wrong?
Give VideoReDo a try. Frame accurate and I'm pretty sure it keeps all audio attributes. There's a long trial as well so you know what you're getting.
Thanks! Nice find! After you convert the clips, what burning software should I use to copy to dvd and make dvd menu without losing 5.1.
VideoReDo has one of the best forums out there: http://www.videoredo.net/msgBoard/index.php If you post the DVD authoring question in 'Support' you'll get loads of replies. Glad you like the program.
