What would be the best application to do so?

Sorry if this has been asked A MILLION TIMES, but I want to be able to take the video and edit it on my PC, and then burn a compilation to a regular DVD.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks a million.

Nero would be a good place to start as it does everything you want to do and more.

Well you should be able to just create a folder on your hard drive and copy all the files from that disk into your folder. Then I would suggest using Nero Vision Express to create your menus and such and burn to a DVD.
