yes im switching to them... anywho, i put in the "connect and go installation cd" and installed "talktalk assist and go". But i can't open up assist and go. It says: The skin "TalkTalk" was not found. The client will now close. Can someone help me please, and I have checked that that skin was there and it is. Also, if it isn't actually needed to connect could somebody tell me? Oh yea, don't tell me to phone customer services cus they are USELESS!
it would appear that you're using IE7 ?, if so here's a fix - http://forums.computeractive.co.uk/thread.jspa?threadID=92402&tstart=60 Unlucky going with TT, they keep telling us (after many months of waiting to be 'activated') that our service is available, though the supplied modem nor any of my routers connect to broadband. We've given up with their 'service' as are now tied into the 18month contract or whatever it is. Hope your 'service' is ok once you actually get up and running with their 'service' (no guessing that i don't think much of them!)
