Task Manager Disable?

    can some help me please
    i try rightclick taskbar, and the task manager was disable
    i also try alt+clt+del it say "task manager is disable by your administrator" wtf. is this..?
    i have 1pc and im the only user for this pc
    how on earth do i fix this?
