Ok, ive never been so wound up. I have an Ipod Video and i convert my videos into Mpeg-4 im converting them using videora ipod converter. When they are converted i check them and there fine, the sound is perfect in time with the video, BUT then disaster happens and when i watch them on my ipod the sound is way-out with the video, i have followed so many different guides all over the internet but nothing is working and ive been at this for a month, i cant be the only person in this world having this problem.

    Can anyone help please??

First make sure you dont have audio lower than 128 kbps or higher than 160 kbps. (that screws up big time from what I've seen) As for putting them in iTunes just go to File -> Add file (folder) to library and select the file (folder) you want to add. If you've recently changed any video remove them from the library/iPod and update or you will get bad results. Hope this helps

Icefusion, nice of you to offer to help, but why not just help in the forums instead of having people e-mail you? also, answering the question in public may help a lot more people than just the intended recipient.
