Telesync(s) , Telecine(s) ,etc.

I know what they are
-Telesync :cinema cams with good quality expensive cameras and a diffrent audio source

-telecine :movie ripped directly from the reel using a telecine machine

but what i am looking for is what hardware should i use
however i am totally clueless so if there is a way to mount the camera on the seat infront of you or between the 2 seats infront
which camera is a good recomendation(spelling srry!) what meomory card
and before u post a 1 million $$$ cam consider i am 15 and i'll be using
my savings
