When I start Nero, the following message error: "The application failed to send the user information. Please check your Internet or firewall settings and try again." The same problem in Finnish: Yritä uudelleen = Try again Ohita = Skip Poista käytöstä = Disable The title at the top left of the image: "Lähetä epäonnistuneet" mean in English: "Submit a non-managed" When I click [Try again] button, nothing happens. If I click the [Skip] button, the message goes out, or if I click on the [Disable] button, even if the error message disappears. But when I start Nero again, as in the figure above error message is repeated over and over again. What's causing the error?

Thank you so much link, which found the key to the solution to the problem. Found the solution to this problem vihjeellä: "...re-naming the file NOSUsageStatistics.dll" solve the problem.
