   What is the best AVI to DVD converting software?
   
   Also which software is the best in converting a picture from 16:9 to 4:3 while still converting from AVI to DVD?

   There's a free program called DVD Flick( http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=DVD_Flick )
   
   which sounds as though it will change the aspect ratio while converting. Here's the guide to using it: http://dvdflick.sourceforge.net/guide.php
