    Hi,

My Box PVR froze and after switching it off at the rear i was unable to switch it back on. I've swapped plug fuses to no avail so looks like a power supply failure.

Would anyone know if power supplies for this obsolete model are still available and more importantly where i can purchase one?

    Much appreciated,
    Dab996

i would check the nagra 3 thread before doing anything else, as the boxs are going off in the UK and gone in most of ireland, I wouldnt be spending money on a powersupply for any box at this stage, waste of money

    Mickah, thanks for the advice.

Fortunately i have a friend who is good with electronics and it looks like the Bridge Rectifier has blown (20p to replace) so fingers crossed it's nothing more.

Hopefully, until nag 3 reaches my area i can continue to use the Box PVR as it really has served me well.

I would love to upgrade to a Nag 3 dual tuner PVR but it would seem that no one is selling this capability - very frustrating.
