the box super 3

when i press menue and 1570 to accsess the cass system it wont let me do it, im trying to check the emu is on as im getting no channles altho it says 345 found... so last time this happened i needed switch emu on , but for some reason when i try do it now it just wont let me go to the cass menue when i type 1570.. do i need to install some other software thanks for any help

 

I'd reflash the box with latest firmware, never heard of that happening before

 

hi there try and press menu 2004 or goto menu then parental control then info then 1570 or if 1570 dont work do the same again then try 2004

 

If its a starview 3 super, you need to go to the menu, press 1570 on the key pad, and that will let you in there, unless your box is not updated.

The other option above, is only for the PVR starview, and will not work on your unit.

 

thanks shardend, doing it your way worked and the kids are now happy i got the channles back. i had to get my cass system up by going to parental controls and pressing 2004.. wierd that as i never had the problem geting it up b4 untill now..thanks
