the box super channel moved

    hi all, the problem is my neighbours box, the eurosport uk channel has moved to a different number but there is no sound? i did a channel rescan for him but no difference. any help appreciated.im in england by the way.

    Delete that particular channel and then do a rescan.

    does he need to delete the new position channel or the old one which is showing kids programmes

    i suppose the new first if no differencs then try the old.
