Hi can any one please help me I just got the box and downloaded the firmware andwent tru the instalation process I got 139 channels but no rte 1 rte 2 or tv 3 and when I turn on channel I get a picture and sound and then picture goes and I am left with sound and bad or scrambled channel. I am in N*L land. Gicser in Dublin 17
Do u have v451 on it ? I would do a manual scan if u cant get them in with the autoscan ( do an autoscan a few times ) Click on the rte channel, press menu,installation, manual scan , downfreq, and u should have 2 rte channels, ( a good one and a bad one ). Then just delete the bad one !
Thats the right firmware. try what i said and if its still bad click on my name and find the 'main starview thread' and find the freq for the bad channels !
Hi Mainamn I what you said and it worked thank you very much the problem with the irish stations is they show as tv 601 and so on I will work tru them untill Iget them the way Iwant them. Gicser or if you of an other please let me know.
Thats probably the safest way to do it mate ! You can always try a channel dump to sort them out . click the eko.4 link under my post for info ...
