hey everyone. i thought that we should start a thread on car audio, you know compare systems, or answer eachothers questions.. you know, stuff like that. so ill start off. i have a second-hand emerson cd player that "pops" all amplified speakers when turning on or changing tracks. i dont have a relay to power the remote wires that are hooked up so we ran two lines from the fusebox, i think that causes the amps to turn on before the cd player... but that doesent account for the thumps that occur when changing tracks. someone told me its searching for a channel to use when it thumps but ive never heard of that.. anybody got any advice for me?
