First use DVDfab decrypter then use DVD shrink.

I used Fab,then shrink, then burned with Dvddecrypter or Nero.If you use AnyDvd you might notice that when it detects and removes the encryption it says removed ARCCOS and Puppetlock. Never heard of Puppetlock before.

Through another thread, [unfortunately I don't recall which one] I've learned there is a new encryption process being used by MPAA called Arcoss. I've come across a few dvd's with this, (at least I believe they had been encrypted this way because I too could not decrypt with any of the same softwares) and decided to give another software a try.

Have you tried "ANYDvd" by Slysoft? This utility has now taken precedent over all others. I use it in conjunction with Decrypter. All you do is install the executable. When you start your pc, the applet runs automatically in your system tray. There are a few minor adjustments which may need to be made in the properties of the proggy, but they are easy. Like determining the region code, and the specific drive you are using which ANYDvd should look to once a DVD is mounted. With that, all you do is mount your dvd, and within about 2-3 seconds the DVD is decrypted and you can use which ever proggy you choose to rip to the HD or burn to DVDR. I haven't come across anything which couldn't be decrypted with this handy dandy little utility.

I did the dvd decrypter trick (backed up by ANY DVD)
    Had to use VOB blanker
    and then onto DVD Shrink....
(I previously tried ANYDVD-Clonedvd.....DVD FAB express..
Blaze DVD Copy...etc with no luck))))
I think I mentioned before....a lot depends on the master
disc....thats why many people have many results with different
    programs....
Any "Amens" to this statement ?????

After reading the rest of your thread, I think I'm a little confused. I want to say amen, [meaning the Decrypter-AnyDVD combo works great!] but am not sure if that is what you are implying.

If it is, then amen and Hallelujah.

If not, then I'm not really sure why this doesn't work for you. I've never missed a beat since I've started using these guys together.
