The cheapest way to play backups on a new DS lite

I recently got a DS lite, and I am now short on money. What is the most cost effective way to play DS and (preferably) GBA backup roms on my DS reliably?

 

M3 DS Simply(from Amazon or other sites which are found on m3adapter.com)
Passcard+M3 Lite Perfect(Plays Gba Roms)

Simply only plays NDS roms. Passcard + M3 Lite Perfect plays GBA roms and i think NDS roms.

For Microsd cards, which you need to put roms on, newegg is cheapest and most reliable: http://www.newegg.com/ And trust me, you're going to want either a kingston or sandisk, otherwise you'll run into DS game errors... ''-_-
You don't need a passcard for GBA games, only NDS.
