I get the above message everytime i try to import a movie into itune, AFTER i have converted them ipod format...help please...thanks!
I've never heard of this happening, what is the file extension [. _ _ _?] And just to try, although I don't think it's the source of the problem, shorten the filename to just a few letters, you can rename it when you bring the file into iTunes, and make sure you're dragging to the 'My Library' part of iTunes and not a different section.
its only for video files that I convert....and i tried shortening the name...after conversion the extension was .mp4 which is standard ipod format, so im not sure whats happening...?
What program are you using to convert the files? And how are you going about importing them to iTunes?
