Just purchased my DVD writer (Samsung. Trying to back-up the incredibles. I have installed AnyDVD, removed all protection. I used DVD Decrypter, then DVD Shrink which burnt using Nero. No issues, DVD plays back great on a laptop dvd rom using WinDVD However, on my Deccavision DVD player, first screen comes up to select English or English with Sub title, select either one and the DVD just spins and it freezes whole unit. I'm using DVD+R, I've unlocked all the Deccavision feature,(Multiregion, CSS, Macrovision) Can anyone give me a clue, firstly wht the unit is not reading the DVD and what I can do to get it to play
It has works on some DVD-R's that I've borrowed from friends but I've no idea what compression they used, is there any way of finding out from the disk ?? The fact that the language selection screen appears must mean that the player can play DVD+R's doesn't it ???
The DVD +R plays perfectly in my friends player, I've tried buring to DVD-R and the same thing happens, any clue to what the issue might be ??
