The LG-8164b can be a xbox replacement drive, but how to backup from it?

    If the LG-8164b, can be a replacement xbox drive, i it does read the disc i tried, what can i use to backup a disc?

    yes i know about the ftp, but i already have this drive, and it reads the discs, so what program will work for it, i dont want to do ftp

    so, this drive reads original discs in your PC?
    If so then use something like Craxtion4, Qwix, DVD Decrypter or Xbox Backup Creator and it should work.

    I have only done it through FTP myself. I know Xbox Backup Creator can make back ups but it is designed to mae them so they work on an Xbox 360 not a regular xbox.
