    i can (almost) use my fave line from Monty Python - "i'm 37, i'm not old"

    :)


    our firm now gives us the day off for b'days so yay, i can have a lie-in 'til oooooh let's see, 8am

    cool i'm still younger than you (sorry), i'll hit the big 3-5 in april, and it still gives me the creeps just thinking about it. everyone said 30 would hit me hard but it didn't, 31 hit me like a ton of bricks though. at 30 you can still say "i'm just 30", but after that it turns into "i'm in my 30's". my cousin just turned 30 and was whining about it, i just told him "wait till next year, then you'll know how it really feels!"

    Cheers. Just bought myself a laptop, I'll regret the cost later!..

    Afterdawning is very uncomfortable for the amount of time I spend online so thought it was about time I got modern and got a laptop

    At least there are a few of us on here that can remember the 1980's. Or as in my case, maybe 25% of the 80's! Happy B-day Creaky! Let me know how the lap-dance on the laptop worked out! Hey, at least you get a day off, all we get is a tin of chocolate covered nuts!

    @ Creaky, I like Speckled hen, or as we fondly called it "twatted pheasant"!
    My fave was Theakstons' XB. I did a cellar for 5 yrs, wooden barrels, tapping & spileing (?) 'til my content.
