I don't use RealPlayer, I use VLC but it must be similar. As to the sound, have you checked the 'Control Panel'>'Sounds and Audio Devices' >'Volume'> 'Advanced' for your speaker setup.
so what do i do after go into the advance setting. how do i get the sound even out. so i can hear what the actor is speaking.
It would be using the original AC3 from the DVD. Do you have trouble with 5.1 AC3 decoding in general? Have you got DRC enabled? How many speakers do you have?
If you are satisfied that the setup matches your speaker, example surround sound, then in your player (I am using VLC) click 'Audio' and select 'Stereo' instead of 5.1
