I am a complete noob to the iphone. I am looking to buy either an unlocked one (And never update it) or a locked one and have to use O2 (UK). Couple of things. If i buy an unregistered but locked iphone will it register and work with an O2 pay as you go sim card? Also i have an ipod already can i (simply) connect both ipod and iphone to my Mac without it throwing a wobbly and deleting my music store for example. Last thing i promise. How reliable are hacked iphones if i decide to use a different network. Cheers for the help and sorry if they are obvious.
Hi you can put any sim card in it,as for down loading music just make sure you turn off automatic updates on itunes.
What version of Itunes should be installed on an unlocked-jailbroken iphone? Will the newest version be ok or would I need to install a previous version?
