Very strange that these boxes are bricking not at the time of flashing but at a later time. Any ideas what's the story there?

Ordered 3 SV4s from S@tandC@ble last week as it was the cheapest I found.
    Now I know why!
I tried cancelling the order but haven't had a word now in a week.

    Yes, it does.
Any ideas why? Does it depend on the amount of bootups since the flash?

How does a bit of code corrupt the bootloader over time?

Contact them and they shal replace, I've never heard of them selling clones before
The Digivox xl usb is a safer bet with the amount of SV4 clones around

yep, the first lot of SV4 are also effected, scouser had a great post on it, I know for one SKY w dont sell clones never have, cause if they have, there would be a lot more than one person saying it, been dealing with them for years and never had one hassle,
