It seems an AVI with two audio streams, an AC3 one (#0) and a MP3 one (#1). You might to load it with VirtualDubMod and to insert the Stream__Stream List command. It it shows, effectively, 2 streams: disable the AC3 one, leave the MP3 alone, set Video___Direct Stream Copy and save (F7) the new AVI with only a MP3 audio. Then your encoders [players] should manage to load [play] it. Otherwise, if this doesn't work, what about trying a good run of DivFix?
