this might sound stupid but how big can an mpeg be to put on a cd

    yeah i know it sounds weird but i have cds which are 700 meg and sometimes when ive tried to put mpegs on em to turn them into a vcd it says not enuf room on dick when my mpegs were about 650 meg so could someone please turn me what size to make my mpegs to fit them on a 700 meg disk thank you.

    1. VCDs and SVCDs are measured slightly different from DataCDs. They can hold about 60 minutes of SVCD and 70 minutes of VCD per 700MB disc.

    2. If you are burning them as DataCDs you shouldnt have a problem

    3. What burning app do you use?

    im using nero but not keen with it!

    Nero is suffcient for most SVCD burning purposes though. You might consider another burning app?
