    hi i was just wondering if anyone has used this site to buy anything i have heard tv shows (the screen savers on G4techtv) say that this site is a good one but i would like the opinions of reasly people. thanks for the info appreciate it.

    I used it once. My choice is to shop at newegg.com ... prices are great and it arrives within 2-3 days.

    I've used tigerdirect many times. Always been satisfied. Got sent a deap cpu once, and they air mailed me a new one free.

    I use TigerDirect for about 90% of my computer parts and upgrades. No problems in over 5 years.

    I thought their shipping was a little bit more and took longer.

    that probably has more to do with everybody's location, but all in all I think they're a good company

    I just wanted to echo flip218's response about newegg. I think newegg has MORE stuff and better prices overall. However, I have also used TigerDirect for years as well (until I found Newegg) and only had one problem with the shipment of a CPU - they kept telling me it was backordered until I told them to cancel the order - that evening I had an email from them telling me it had shipped. LOL
