    http://www.tmd-moviez.com is under construction, which means they probably are in troble :p

    You cant download anything off it anyuway, they work off irc and have nothing but terrible quality movies!!

    First of all TMD's website was never at www.tmd-moviez.com. It was www.tmdmoviez.com, no hyphen. It has been permanantly shut down now though, so if you're IRC illiterate you better learn fast cause there is no recruit pack readily available on the net now.
    Second of all lets get the fact that I am no longer a part of nor support TMD-Moviez. It's not because of the quality of there moviez. Becasue anyone who has any idea of how the 'moviez' scene operates knows that all groups get there moviez from the same release groups. True, some of the moviez from TMD have sorry quality. But if you were bright enough to figure out why there all all those dots and letters like TS, TC, SCR CAM, ,etc. you'd know which ones where of good, decent and excellent quality, usually. But since you just wanna bump, and I've since abandoned TMD, tell me where you get moviez smart guy.

    By the way for anyone who wants too know how to reach TMD moviez open an IRC client like mIRC or trillian, after setting your nick and stuff, type /server irc.saltek.net. They havent been on Criten for awhile now.

    then type /join #TMD-Moviez for moviez
    and /join #TMD for help and chat

    Some1UKno, oookkkkk. I prefer too to get the real releases off irc and its a LONNNNGGG time since I went near a tmd re-encode. Unfortunately people just dont bother to even try to find better ways to get movies and then they come along and diss the quality all the time!! Then you tell them how to get movies that arent on kazaa and they say too complicated or too slow, lol, its crazy!!

    hey every1! i have the irc program, but when i try connecting to the criten network, i always get a message sayin 'refused'! i would like to connect to this so that i can connect to tmd moviez, can ne1 help me? plz

    That is entirely NOT true. They have some very good qaulity movies!!! Have you seen the 4 part Lord of the Rings Two Towers from TMD?????

    That 4 part lotr2 wasnt tmd's release they dont release, they re-encode!! BTW, the thing about them being in trouble was a joke in case you didnt notice the :p at the end of it which wouldnt be there if i was serious!

    The real releases of movies usually get a spot on vcdquality if they are good enough or so bad that people have to laugh at them! http://www.vcdquality.com

    search the two towers and you will find the real release of the movie! then click jpg.

    dela,mark ,actaully i followed a 2 part process these days...cause of the no of fakes and the qulaity isssues..and the time taken for DL
    for new movies wht i did twice now,,Dl tmd or nay others(arnd 300 Mb for both parts) then burn it on -rewriatble ,,watch it..only if i like the movie toomuch ,then try real hard to get a DVD rip..
    DVD rips take a longer time ..cause of limted users sharing them ..whears tmd ,mrg and others come in overnight ,,cause many are shering them.
    also this way i dont waste any cds with all dud films.

    Thats whats funny, on places like kazaa, tmd are the most downloaded movies but on DC++ and eMule, tmd are barely shared and when a dvd rip comes in, theres a shit load of people downloading and sharing them!

    OK, this is getting boring. Generally speaking (OK, somebody U know, I am sure there are good quality TMD rips out there) most TMD stuff is this :

    About 250MB of poor quality 13 fps, purpleish, avi, cam shite.

    I am sorry if this upsets some people, but I am afraid it is a fact. Downloading a TMD is a waste of time, and I would recommend not bothering at all. If downloading badly copied camcorder movies floats your boat (mine I am afraid is way below the waterline on this one) then there are other methods. However as a responsible moderator, I would not dream of endorsing them.

    Now I am going to close this thread, as it is getting pointless.
