I am trying to create NTSC mpeg2 file from XVID file and everything seem to be fine during the encoding but when I try to playback the file it plays for about 6 seconds (scrambled video) and then freezes using 100% CPU weather i'm playing it in BSPlayer or Windows Media or any other player -- Just wondering if someone might know the problem --- I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Tmpgenc as well as the codecs

Well Media Player does not Natively support playback of Mpeg2 files and I don"t know about BsPlayer...You should be useing DVD Playing Software Like WinDVD or PowerDVD to playback Mpeg2 files....
