fastforward/next film does not work when burnt to dvd and played in stand alone dvd player. Have tried other players but the same problem. Also sometimes when dvd is paused and restarted it goes back to the begining of movie. I'm missing a setting somewhere or creating the menu incorrectly. can anyone help please?
Not sure about the 'Fast Forward', but if you mean 'skip', are you inserting 'chapter' points when using DVD Author?
Thanks Atta, for replying My problem is when I burn 2 movies on one dvd.I want the movie to play faster when I press the fast forward button on the remote control, also and I want it to go to the next movie without going back to the main menu. I have tried Ifoedit to create new ifos but this removes the main menu I have found that Ifoedit says there is no ifo file in the main menu and wonder if this is the problem. Have searched the net to try and solve my problems but no luck Other people on Afterdawn's forum have had this problem but can't the solution.If I rip a dvd and burn it to dvd using Tmpgenc, play faster works fine
These wouldn't be TIVO or HBO ?
