tmpgenc error

    have used tmpgenc without problems but am now getting "read error occurred at address BFF7A115 of module kernel 32DLL WITH 0091FF8" please help

    if this happens during encoding avi to mpg or something, then click option - environmental setting and then click the vfapi plug-in tab and right click DirectShow FileReader and raise its priority to 2!

    the message appears as soon as i click tmpgenc exec. i can't get as far as encoding anything.

    cheers dela it's driving me mad - i've uninstalled & reinstalled tmpegenc a few times but it is still there.

    I've had a good look around and still not finding anything but ill keep looking!

    Did you recently install Yahoo Messenger? The reason I ask is I kept having kernel 32.dll errors when I had Yahoo software on my computer. I am running Windows ME. Try uninstalling Yahoo software if this rings true.

    hey i get the same thing happening when ecoding from avi to mpeg tride on animatrix and scooby doo. plz help

    no i haven't done anything with yahoo - it is still driving me nuts!!!
