   When I adjust my settings to "Full Screen (keep aspect ratio)" it still has the black bars when done encoding??

   yes it will have
   
   but if u dont want them, just set it to full screen!

   Ohh...i was under the impression that if you set it to full screen without keeping aspect ratio the picture would be strched, I will give it a try

   thats what i said, keep aspect ratio to keep the black borders and without it it would stretch to fill the screen!
