   im following the online guide to using TMPGEnc but when i get to the beginning where you select source and open the file i need it errors me saying
   fileC/My shared folder/the italian job2003/full movie.avi can not open or, unsupported.
   Can anybody tell me whats wrong??, im a newbie as well so pls speak plain english. cheers L
