    alright i,ve just got the box starview2 and most of my channels are scambled i live in wavertree liverpool and my provider is virgin do i need to download software on to my box and if so do you know anybody local that can do this for me as i don,t have my own computer cheers

    In Scouser's absence .. Can you press Menu > System Information and lets know what the API is

    If you have the latest firmwa*e 4.51 installed

    press Menu 1570 and turn the EMU key ON
