Ok so I am trying to install Tomb Raider The Last Revelation on a G3 that runs Mac 0S X. Well everytime I try to install it, it brings up this box that says, "Classic cannot find a Mac OS 9 system folder on the startup disk to use. You may need to install Mac 0S 9.1 or later (Classic Support) on your computer. To select a system folder on another volume, click Open Classic Preferences. For more information about installing this support, click the Help button." Now I know it told me that I could click Help and it would tell me to install the OS X disk or the OS 9 disk, but I am confused bc why would I need to install that when it said that it could run off of OS 8.1 or later? Why does it need Classic Support? But altogether what if I don't have OS 9.1?
I'm guessing the game is old and needs OS 9 to run. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=120243 This is a file from apple that actually includes a working System Folder of OS 9. It's unofficially abandonware direct from Apple!
