I have a rather larger torrent that's been downloading normally until six or seven hours ago, it’s downloading at a steady pace and still says 83.1%. I'm at wits end, I've been downloading this thing for days I don't want to restart now!!
What bittorent client are you using? Some of them (if not all) show a percentage of health. If it's less than 100% it is likely that is all your going to get. If it is greater then 100% I would wait it out a little longer.
I'm using Bitlord and the torrent is at 400% health. The thing is right before it started acting up I accidently hit the manual hash check button and ever since then it's been downloading at 27/kbs but hasn't moved past 87% in over 16 hours.
