You will have to edit your email out as it is not aloud, forum rules. Speed really depends on were your downloading it from it could be that the file has no seeders or very few with slow speeds. Am not too sure as to what you mean by you use ISP and not ADSL/Cable as a ISP is the one that supplies the ASDL or cable.
On dial up that sounds about right, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done apart from getting a faster Internet connection

Am afraid i don't know of any places that you could download it apart from in torrent format, the best thing to do is just rent the game, the main problem is the dial up, your not going to get a fast speed no matter were you download it from , it will take a long time if you do download it due to dial up.
