My Toshiba just started acting up. It will say the burn was 'sucessful' but the disc won't have anything on it and if so what should I use. Could it just need cleaning? When I look at it in 'My Computer' properties it says it's just a DVD-ROM but it's also a DVD/RW and I've used it successful for many years with DVD-R's. It's location says 0 0 in 'my Computer' whereas the CD Drive that's beneath it says it's location is 1 1.
No, I bought a Cyberhome external 16X DVD+/- dual layer and deactived the Toshiba. The Cyberhome works great and is so much faster.
