here is the DVD drive i have:

    Model-------Type--------------Max Read Speed-------Max Write Speed
    AOPEN DUW1608/ARR--DVD-RW-----8467 KB/s (48X)-------8467 KB/s (48X)

I used DVD Santa to convert the files to Video_TS and then used Nero 5 to burn to my DVD+R that I bought, its a memorex DVD(8x), when i put it in my DVD player it gives me en error, it says incorrect disk i dont know whats wrong :( when i put it into my DVD drive(I have a DVD COMBO DRIVE DVD R/RW and CDRW) it plays fine so I dont know what the problem is!!

Then i put that in the Toshiba SD-V320 and it says "Incorrect Disk" i dont know what to do!

Sounds to me like you got yourself some CMag produced Memorex discs. Unfortunately about all you can do is get some media made by a better manufacturer ...

do you have any other media burned too...
try those if so and see if problem is still there. if not, and it plays fine, then like catfreak said, you have been plagued by the infamous bad media. try some verbatim or taiyo yuden, or fuji, sony, maxell (made in japan on the label only)
