just thought i would let everyone know i have had the new Toshiba upscaler for a few days now and it is fantastic at upscaling normal dvds! i have tried the older ones in the past, sd370, sd580 but this one you can really see the difference, i have managed to have a ps3 running a blu ray film next to the xde500 with the same film in dvd and difference is very little! maybe there is life left in dvd and its not all blu ray just yet!!
