Total newbie needs help!

    Ok, I have some video files on my computer that I want to burn onto DVD. Do I need a vd burner or can I just do it on my dvd drive with Nero? I also have some mp3's I wanna burn can I do that with Nero also if my drive reads cdr?

    Hi,

    In order to burn anything to a DVD you need a DVD burner. I'm guessing the DVD drive you're referring to is a ROM, correct?


    If your existing drive is a CD burner then yes, you can use Nero to burn the MP3's to a CD.

    What make/model drive(s) do you have?
