Tracking Cookies

    Hi, I recently scanned for spyware on my pc and got over a hundred Tracking cookies come up. I wasn't v worried becos I think tracking cookies are caused by those pop up ads etc that come up when browsing. Could someone plz clear this up for me?

    P.s: Soz Mod's if this has allready come up or is wrong place etc. :)
