transfer video,dvd-r formatted in panasonic camera to an AVI ?

    I need to transfer video form a dvd-r disk formatted in my panasonic camera to an AVI can anyone help?

    Are you talking about mini dvds? Anyway, they work exactly the same as regular dvds. So if you have finalized the disc (i.e. with Video_TS folder), there are quite a few programs that can do this. For freeware, you can try MediaCoder. I also use Imtoo DVD Ripper (commercial software). Just google for them.

    For better results, you may like first to rip the (mini)dvd onto the hardisk.
