Transferring files from Bearshare to iPod

Can someone tell a way to transfer songs from my computer downloaded from Bearshare into my iPod.

 

Which format are your songs? Try to drag them to iTunes, and sync to your iPod if iTunes can play them successfully.

 

I too recommend itunes as dkmopq mentioned. Here is a guide how u can do that using itunes
